Fortify Coffee – Return & Refund Policy
At Fortify Coffee, our goal is to deliver fresh, high-quality coffee and supplements with every order. As our products are perishable and roasted/packed to order, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect flavour preference, or general dislike of taste.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@fortifycoffeecompany.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery so we can help.
Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears faulty, we will replace the item or provide a refund. To assist our team, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the product and packaging
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Subscription orders
Once a subscription renewal has been billed and your order has entered our roasting/packing queue, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Lost or missing deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate. If the courier confirms loss, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Health and consumable products
For safety and quality reasons, opened or partially used products (including our creatine-infused coffee and any other consumables) cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem or is not as described.
