Fortify Coffee – Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and reliably as possible so you can enjoy fresh Fortify Coffee at its best. This policy outlines our shipping timeframes, fees, and processes.
Processing Times
All coffee products are roasted or packed to order.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Delivery timeframes vary by courier and location, but most orders arrive within:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are managed by the courier, and delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or network congestion.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery or replacement.
• If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery fees may apply.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours, building management, or safe-drop areas.
If still missing, contact us at support@fortifycoffeecompany.com within 7 days of the delivery notification. We will lodge an investigation with the courier. If the courier confirms loss, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Pre-Orders & Subscription Deliveries
• Pre-order items will ship once available, and estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
• Subscription orders follow the shipping schedule generated by your renewal date. Once processed, shipping timelines are the same as above.
Public Holidays
No orders are processed or dispatched on public holidays. Shipping times may be extended during these periods.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to remedies if a delivery issue arises due to a failure on our part or by our service provider.
