Cancellation policy

You may cancel your purchase option with Fortify Coffee – including subscriptions, pre-orders, and recurring deliveries – at any time before your next billing date. To cancel, please log into your customer account or email us at info@fortifycoffeecompany.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal.


Once a renewal has been processed, the order enters our roasting and packing queue. At this point, cancellations or changes cannot be made, and no refunds will be issued for orders already processed or dispatched.


If you are on a subscription, any cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive any orders already charged.


Fortify Coffee reserves the right to cancel or pause any order or subscription in cases of product unavailability, payment issues, operational delays, or suspected unauthorised activity. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and refunded where applicable.
